Scope
The final Terms of Service will cover account eligibility, booking and payment obligations, content and conduct rules, and dispute resolution. Until then, this page exists only to reserve the route.
Merchant of record
Essera is the merchant of record for every booking made through this platform. Bookings are sold and processed by Essera, and Essera — not the provider delivering the class — is the party your payment is made to.
Charges appear on your card statement as ESSERAfollowed by an abbreviation of the provider’s name. Refunds, chargebacks, and billing questions are handled by Essera in accordance with the cancellation and refund terms that will be published here.
